VECSEL people news:
15/09/2011 PhD students: We are pleased to announce that Robin Head has joined us in 2011 to continue his PhD research.
06/07/2011 Summer studentships: Two undergraduate students, Paul Gow and Guy Witworth undertook Nuffield foundation summer placements.
04/07/2011 Post Doctoral Researcher: Adrian will be leaving us in October 2011 to continue his post doctoral career at the University of Cambridge.
24/03/2011 PhD students: We are pleased to announce that Andrew Turnbull and Duncan McBryde, are joining us in 2011 to undertake PhDs.
30/04/2010 Fellowship: Dr Keith Wilcox has secured a 'Knowledge Transfer Secondment' fellowship, allowing him to undertake focussed research on high repetition rate high power VECSEL YDFAs in collaboration with Fianium.
08/04/2010 Visiting Researcher: Dr Hani Kbashi, joined our group as a visiting researcher from the University of Baghdad, Iraq, with the CARA program.
